Which universities to attend in Australia?

If your application is successful, you will receive a ‘Letter of Offer.’ To confirm your application, you must reply to this letter by signing and sending an acceptance of the offer.

    Step 4: Application for Admission

    Upon receiving all the required documents, we will apply for your admission to the college/university. Meanwhile, you will need to pay the registration fee in advance, which depends on the college/university. We will then send you the eCOE letter (Electronic Confirmation of Enrollment) within 3-4 weeks.

    Step 5: Tuition Fee Payment

    Some colleges and universities require tuition fees to be paid before issuing the eCOE letter, while others require it after obtaining the visa. If the tuition fee is required in advance, you must pay it before receiving the eCOE letter.

    Step 6: Provide Supporting Documents

    For the visa application, students/applicants must provide supporting documents such as:

    - Bank Statement + Account Maintenance Letter
    - Police Clearance Report
    - FRC (Family Registration Certificate)
    - Medical Report
    - Embassy & Biometric Fees (Please note that an additional $30 transaction charge for Credit & Debit Card applies)

    Step 7: Submit Visa File Online

    After submitting all the supporting documents online, we will provide an acknowledgment letter. Five days later, we will give you a request letter for biometrics. You should visit VFS for biometric registration with this request letter.

    Step 8: Wait for Visa Decision

    After completing the biometric registration, you will need to wait for the visa decision, which usually takes 6-10 weeks.

    Step 9: Visa Granted

    If your visa is granted, you will need to submit your original passport to VFS for attaching the visa sticker.
