At Peace International Consultants, we strive to provide the best possible services to our clients. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a payment.

1. Non-Refundable Services
   Payments made for consultation fees, application processing, documentation assistance, and related services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

2. Cancellation Requests

   • If you wish to cancel a service before the processing has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

   • Refunds will only be issued in cases where Peace International Consultants is unable to deliver the promised service due to unforeseen circumstances directly caused by our team.
   • Refunds are not applicable if the application is rejected by the educational institution, embassy, or relevant authority due to reasons beyond our control, such as incorrect documentation provided by the client or failure to meet eligibility criteria.

4. Processing Fees
   Any refunds, if applicable, will be subject to a deduction of processing fees and administrative charges incurred during the transaction.

5. Timeframe for Refunds

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days.
   • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

   • We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any disputes regarding payments.
   • Unjustified chargebacks will result in immediate termination of services and legal action, if necessary.

7. Modification of Policy
   Peace International Consultants reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on our website.
