All our services are professional, consultancy-based, and primarily delivered digitally or through direct communication with clients. We do not sell or deliver physical products.
2. Service Delivery Policy
Our services are delivered through digital communication channels, including email, telephone, online meetings, and other electronic platforms.
Depending on the nature of the service, delivery may include:
University and college admission application assistance.

Guidance and assistance with student visa documentation.

3. Refund Policy
Peace International Consultants aims to provide professional and transparent services to all clients.
Refund requests are considered under the following conditions:
If a service has not commenced and no substantial work has been performed, the client may request a refund, subject to any applicable administrative charges disclosed before payment.
If a service has partially commenced, any eligible refund will be assessed based on the work completed and costs already incurred.
Once a service has been fully delivered or completed, the professional service fee is generally non-refundable.
Fees paid directly to universities, colleges, examination bodies, embassies, visa authorities, or other third-party institutions are subject to their respective refund policies.
Rejection of an admission or visa application does not automatically qualify a client for a refund of consultancy or documentation fees, as admission and visa decisions are made independently by the relevant institutions and authorities.
All refund requests are reviewed individually. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, where possible, or another mutually agreed method.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of a service by contacting Peace International Consultants through email or telephone.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before completion of the relevant service.
If work has not commenced, eligible payments may be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
If work is already in progress, charges may be applied for services performed and expenses incurred.
Completed services are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Any third-party payments already made on behalf of the client are subject to the relevant third party’s cancellation and refund rules.
Clients are encouraged to submit cancellation requests as early as possible.
5. Return Policy
As Peace International Consultants provides consultancy and digital services rather than physical products, our business does not involve physical product delivery, shipping, or product returns.
Where documents or other digital materials are provided electronically, clients may contact us if they experience any issue with receiving or accessing the delivered materials.
